The Placentia Police Department will equip parents, staff, and community members with essential knowledge about fentanyl, a potent synthetic opioid drug that has become a significant public health concern across the nation in recent years. This presentation seeks to empower the community to make informed decisions, prevent drug use and overdoses, and promote well-being and resilience in the face of this growing threat. High school students across the district received similar information during assemblies in late October and early November.
***This presentation will be in Spanish only. English presentations will take place on November 28 and 30, 2023.***
