As we near the 2019-20 School Year, here are some things we thought you should know.

We have an exciting week of registration in August and look forward to seeing some familiar faces as well as meeting all the new students and families. Parents, please remember to login to your PYLUSD Parent Portal account to update your student’s information. The Aeries Portal opens July 15, 2019.

Registration schedule:
Monday, August 12th     Freshman Orientation     8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, August 13th     Senior Registration         8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 14th     Junior Registration         8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 15th     Sophomore Registration     8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Friday, August 16th         Freshman Registration     8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Monday, August 19th - Make-up Registration         8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

PE:
If you are interested in playing a sport at EDHS, you will be removed from PE and placed in the sport once you make the team. Refer to our school’s website at edhs.org>Athletics>Summer Sports Camps for summer sports programs. Many of the coaches will provide rosters to counselors prior to school starting, but some programs require a tryout after school starts and prior to the season.

Grades: For those who take summer school, it would be helpful for the counselors to see those grades as soon as they are available. Please email your counselor the results to expedite changes in your schedule.  Counselors won’t receive official summer school grades from PCHS and ACCESS until the end of August.
