El Dorado High and North Orange County ROP are pleased to introduce our new Game Design and Integration Pathway Instructor, Gilbert "Gil" Marquez, who will be teaching at El Dorado High School!
Gil comes to North Orange County ROP with industry experience in Game Art Design, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, 3D Modeling, and Animation. He has post-secondary teaching experience as an adjunct professor at Chapman University, Norco College, Art Institute, Laguna College of Art & Design, and Cypress College. His talents earned him an Emmy while working as a Title Sequence Artist as part of a team producing an educational series "Understanding Chemistry in Our World." His vast experience in industry will provide our students with the breadth and depth of skills required to go into this field and continue the pathway in their post-secondary endeavors.
