Seniors,
In just a few days you will be coming back onto the campus, and we are excited to see you all! You started four years ago in August coming on to campus to get ready for high school, now you oddly enough end in a very similar activity. While we describe the process below, please understand, you WILL NOT receive a diploma on Wednesday if you are on the senior hold list (right now you are all on the hold list because you all need to return textbooks).
On Monday June 8, please come to campus based on your last name and the time listed below:
9-10am --
A through B
H through K
P through R
10-11am --
C through D
L through M
Last name S
11-12 --
E through G
N through O
T through Z
1-2pm -- Makeups
We have two mandatory stations set up, as well as some optional stations.
Mandatory --
- Textbooks & Chromebooks -- in the Library
- Caps & Gowns -- in the Practice Gym.
Everyone needs to enter campus through the lunch shelter, bring your ID, wear a mask and maintain social distancing. If you owe a debt, the Finance office will be open. If you’ve lost a book or some other school property you can pay for it before you head to the first station.
Most of you will start by dropping off materials in the Library. All textbooks will go back there as well as any other items teachers have loaned you (Library books, calculators, cameras, etc). In addition, if you borrowed a chromebook, we will need those turned in in the library along with the charging cord.
Then come some optional stops -- only if needed --
- Art building if you have work to pick up
- Locker Rooms to clean out your PE locker or return items to Lupe
Finally you will head to the Practice Gym. Here you will get your cap and gown, if you ordered one. If not, So Cal Grad will be there to sell you one (call 714-970-5025 if you have questions). We also will have several other items there for you to pick up.

- Seal of Biliteracy
- CTE Awards
- DMAA Medal/certificate
- Military coin/chord

We will have it all organized for you, but if you skip a station, we may not be able to find you before graduation day. It is important that you understand teacher classrooms are off limits. I know some teachers may have invited you to stop by and say goodbye, but the only locations you should go are listed here.
Finally, we just learned that our yearbooks did not ship on the date they were supposed to. So we do NOT anticipate having them when you come on Monday. When we know more, we will contact you and determine how to get them to you.
