***Gates open at 4:00 pm. No saving seats prior to 4:00 pm. The bleachers will be removed of any items prior to 4:00 pm. 

 

Seniors should arrive to the VHS gymnasium by 8:15 am, June 14. We begin practice at 8:30 am. Dress comfortably and be on time. No food or drink is allowed on the turf or the track.

We should be done at approximately 10:00 am. ***DO NOT WEAR YOUR CAP & GOWN

Cap & Gowns will be delivered to seniors (who's name is not on the senior hold list) Friday, June 9 at lunchtime.

 

Seniors should return to the VHS gymnasium by 5:15 pm to get ready for graduation. Remember to leave your phone and any other personal belongings with your family. The gym is for students and staff only, no family. Once you have entered the gym with your classmates you may exit until we walk out for commencement. Please remember the following: no decorating caps, only cords handed out from EDHS are allowed, and enjoy every last moment with your classmates!

 

Absolutely no air horns. Respect the announcement of each of the graduates. Thank you.

 

In the bleachers and on the track is ample seating for our handicap and disabled guests. On the track we ask that it is handicap plus one family member to ensure seating for all of our guests that need it.

 

DO NOT ENTER the field at any time after the ceremony.

Students have been instructed to exit the field to come see family and friends.

THANK YOU for following these instructions to ensure a smooth and safe evening for all of our graduates and our guests.

 

Graduates attending grad night should be back at EDHS for check in by 9:15-9:30. Check in is in the Joe Raya Gym. Buses will depart at 10:00 pm.
